The Young Liberal Movement is the youth wing of the Liberal Party of Australia, and one of the largest youth movements in the country.

The NSW Young Liberal Movement offers young people aged between 16 and 30 the opportunity to actively participate in the political process. Young Liberal members have opportunities to have a say about policy, meet our politicians, make new friends, network with future leaders, develop leadership and communication skills, campaign for the Liberals, and even run for office.

For more than sixty years, the NSW Young Liberal Movement has produced outstanding leaders in Australian politics, business and in the community. Many Liberal politicians began their career in the Movement. In fact former Prime Minister the Hon John Howard OM AC, was the first President of the NSW Young Liberals.

We encourage passionate and healthy debate, but are united by our committed to policies and structures that affirm our beliefs in individual freedom and free enterprise.
